Grading
I grade my pins on the following scale:
Standard: The best of the bunch. May have minor flaws such as enamel fill inconsistencies, superficial scratches, or light marks.
Seconds: Perfectly suitable for display and wearing. May have minor to medium flaws such as moderate enamel fill inconsistencies, screenprint errors, scratches, or marks. Flaws are not visible at arm's length.
Flawed: Great for less discerning collectors. May have moderate to significant flaws such as dings, dents, moderate scratches and marks, or missing screenprint. Flaws may be visible at arm's length but will not feature any major face flaws or damage.
I do not grade the backs of my pins and no guarantess are made for the aesthetics of the back of the pin, with the exception of the backing posts being in good working order.
*I am personally a mixed-grade collector and I believe that pins are meant to be worn or displayed, not viewed up close at an angle under the best lighting. I grade my pins accordingly. Please do not purchase my pins if you require perfection.*
Shipping
Orders will be fulfilled (packed and shipped) within 3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. If you have not received tracking by the 4th business day after placing your order, please contact me via email or my contact form with your order number and I will assist ASAP.
Please allow 3-14 business days for domestic packages and 2-6 weeks for international packages to arrive. If you have a deadline like a birthday or event and need your package sooner, please contact me and I will work with you to upgrade and arrange shipping as soon as possible.
I am currently unable to ship to the UK and the EU due to additional customs requirements that I am not able to meet. If you use a forwarding service outside the UK or EU, I will ship to that address but it must be entered at checkout in order to correctly calculate shipping.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but in the event that yours is indeed lost or stolen, please contact me and I will help in any way I can.
Address Changes
Address changes are permitted provided that you submit them before you receive tracking. Generally I will allow 2 hours after a shop drop for any changes to be submitted via my contact form or email before I start packing orders. Address change requests absolutely must include the order number and the new address or they will be ignored.
I will automatically combine orders under the same address and refund any excess shipping.
Refunds & Exchanges
I do not offer refunds for drop buddies or buyers remorse and have a one-strike rule for such instances. Requests for refunds for the aforementioned reasons will be granted but you will subsequently be banned from purchasing from my shop.
Refund requests due to quality concerns will be granted on a case-by-case basis. If I make a mistake in packing your order such as sending the wrong pin or grade, I will of course offer a replacement or refund.
Limited Edition Items
For items that are described as Limited Edition, stock will be limited to the amount specified and I will not be restocking the item. I will hold a small amount of stock back in the event that an exchange is necessary, but I reserve the right to instead offer a refund due to limited availability.
Trading and Re-selling
I ask that you wait until the pin is in hand to set up trades or sales. I will not police this but I will also not share any FT/FS or ISO stories for pins that are not yet in hand or pins that are still in stock. If selling, I ask that you stick to DSS, which is drop price + shipping to you + shipping to the buyer. If you aren't sure what drop price was, please contact me and I will happily share that information with you.
Pre-Orders
Most of my products will be available in hand only. In the event that I do offer a pre-order, it will be after a proof or sample has been completed. I am happy to process a refund and rebuy in the event that a pre-order takes longer than expected to keep your purchase within the PayPal 180 day purchase protection period.
